5-Week Overviews of Themes

These 5-week overviews were created for the Pathway to Literacy pilot program, from August, 2020 - May, 2023. As the program launches in August, 2023, we will update the overviews and resources as we teach through each theme again. This curriculum is a work in progress. 

In each of the 5-week overviews, you will find links to vocabulary theme banks, thematic stories, lesson plans for each week, and other resources. We hope these resources are useful to you with your adult ELL emergent readers.
